OHBA CONFERENCE 2008 - A WINNER!
Once again, the Greater Barrie Home Builders Association, and the Ontario Home Builders Association broke the record of attendees to the OHBA Annual Conference!
The event kicked off with the GBHBA's own version of "HOCKEY NIGHT IN ONTARIO!" Delegates and guests alike joined in by wearing jerseys from their favourite teams and both the NHL and the OHL were well represented! Those in attendance really got into it... with music, foam hands declaring the #1 of their team and thunderstix..., let's just say - it wasn't a quiet night!
Guest of Honour was..., wait for it... our very own Don Cherry. Matt Pryce - one of our favourite 'characters' was in costume and character for the entire evening. Honestly Matt, I didn't know you were such a Don Cherry fan - you had him down to a tee! Take a look at the pictures - and get read for more to come next week!
Other guests of Honour at the conference included Honourable Jim Watson, Honourable George Smitherman, and even the grand lady herself Hazel MaCallion! Delegates were treated to excellent food, fun and amazing seminars and entertainment. Watch this page for further updates.
