Membership Committee: The mandate of this Committee is to expand membership and/or develop initiatives to expand membership within Simcoe County.

Ice Fishing Committee: The mandate of this Committee shall be to organize an Ice Fishing Tournament

Health & Safety: This Committee will monitor and report on issues of Health & Safety, legislation and training courses available and/or facilitate the running of such courses.

Golf Tournament Committee: This Committee's mandate is to run at least one golf tournament a year as a fundraiser and an opportunity for networking for the membership.

Vision Committee: The mandate of this Committee is to investigate and make recommendations to the Board of Directors as to the direction and vision of the CHBASC.

ACE Awards Committee: The mandate of this Committee is to recommend, and draft submissions for nominees at all 3 levels (local, provincial and national).

Renovator's Council: To promote professionalism in Renovations through the CHBA-Simcoe County RenoMark program. To provide communication between OHBA Renovators Council and the Renovator Members of OHBA

Christmas Gala Committee: This Committee is charged with organizing and executing a Christmas Event annually, as directed by the Board.

Builder Council: The mandate of this Committee is to monitor, report to the Board and act upon issues arising within municipal, Regional and other governmental agencies which have an impact upon the residential construction industry. This Committee will host 3 sessions each year to train Builders.
